If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return your item within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at contact@cstr8golf.com.
All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition.
All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original Packing Slip.
Please allow a minimum of 10 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Exchanges
CStr8 does not currently have an exchange policy. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item. Please see our Return Policy above.
Warranty
CStr8 warrants, to the original consumer only, that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 2 years from the original date of purchase, provided:
1. The consumer presents proof of purchase
2. The club hasn’t been abused, altered, defaced, misused or otherwise damaged through the act of neglect of the consumer or a third party.
A club may be covered by the warranty policy if it has undergone conventional club modifications (e.g., reshafting, regripping), if and only if, the modification resulted in no damage to the club. It is Cstr8’s sole discretion to determine whether any damage was caused by such modification.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
If a defect in a genuine CStr8 golf club appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, CStr8 in its sole discretion will either:
1. Replace the defective golf club with the same or a compatible product, or
2. Refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use in any instance where the golf club is no longer available upon prompt return to CStr8.
Warranty claims will be handled at CStr8's sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.
With respect to all products, any replacement product will be warranted from the date of purchase of the original product, not from the replacement date.
ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.
CSTR8 IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF CSTR8 PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the warranties set forth above.
No person, agent, distributor, dealer or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of these warranties in any manner whatsoever.
These warranties give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

Once Customer Service determines the product is subject to a Warranty or Guarantee, a Return Authorization Number will be issued to you along with shipping instructions. The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the exterior of the package containing the returned product in order to be physically received by the warehouse. Issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not mean that CStr8 will accept the Warranty or Guarantee claim. Invalid Warranty Conditions may be identified upon receipt of the returned product. CStr8 will not pay shipping costs for returning a defective product or shipping the replacement product.
